Being happy and healthy are a couple of the most important things we all need in our lives.


No matter how old you are or what your goal is, we must take care of ourselves which won't just help us now, but also in the long run.



1) Exercising: It is very important to exercise our bodies every day, even if it's just a walk around the block. Getting up and moving not only helps us physically, but also mentally. We feel better once we've hopped out of bed and started the day right.


2) Social Time: Talking to others is extremely good for all of us. Having social interaction with people around you creates a lighter environment and more happiness all around. It's also very healthy for our brain and promotes a sense of safety and belonging.


3) Eating Healthy: A healthy diet is essential for good health and nutrition. It prevents us from many chronic diseases like heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. Cutting back on sugar, sodium, and saturated fats lowers your risk for certain diseases quite a bit. Eating more fruits, vegetables, and protein will be a healthier diet, but also will help you mentally.


4) Learning: All of us could use more learning every day. It's not just to get through school and to find a job, but it is so healthy for our brain. Learning anything is good for us and helps us to figure out problems and solutions. You will feel more accomplished and happy.
